Gerald Farr is Chief Operating Officer of CADIS MGA Limited. He joined CADIS after 11 years as head of corporate strategy at MS Amlin, a Lloyd’s and international insurance group. Prior to that he worked at insurance brokers Minet and Aon before gaining an MBA from the Australian School of Management, after which he spent 6 years as an insurance equities analyst at JPMorgan and Seymour Pierce. During his time at MS Amlin he was appointed director to a number of boards including Miles Smith and Staple Hall Underwriting Services. As well as being CADIS’s COO, he is also the head of the latent defects underwriting team. Donna Walker joined in February 2024 as Chief Risk Officer, Donna formerly worked as the Head of Risk & Compliance at Bravo Networks, part of the Ardonagh Gorup. The company is headed up by Andrew Willoughby the CEO. Andrew has many years experience in the MGA arena, and is well known and respected in the industry. Steven Forrest joined the company in 2025 as the Finance Director. Steven has many years experience heading up his own financial consultancy business before joining the Cadis team.
